Most soils are mildly dry but soils with more clay are near normal due to .06 inches two nights ago. Plants in garden (overwintering herbs) need watering.  Forsythia in full bloom as are daffodils, and lantana bush is in early leaf-out, as are money-plants. The bird bath gets many visitors. Soil moisture was assessed in 6 places.
